3.1 Registration Data. When you create an i888 account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (in the format registered with your JazzCash or Easypaisa account), a username, and a password in hashed form. You may also provide an optional email address.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data. As part of our Know Your Customer process, we may collect copies of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, proof of mobile wallet ownership, and other documentation as required to verify your identity and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
3.3 Financial and Transaction Data. We collect records of all deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, wagers, and game results associated with your account. This includes transaction reference numbers, amounts in PKR, timestamps, and the payment method used (e.g., JazzCash account number, Easypaisa mobile number, HBL account reference).
3.4 Technical and Usage Data. We automatically collect technical data when you access the Platform, including your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, session duration, pages visited, and error logs. This data is collected through server logs and first-party analytics tools.
3.5 Communication Data. If you contact i888 support, we retain records of that correspondence, including the content of messages, timestamps, and any resolution actions taken. This applies to all communication channels including email and live chat.
3.6 Responsible Gaming Data. Transaction records and KYC documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction, as required by anti-money laundering regulations applicable to our licensing jurisdiction.
8.2 Technical and usage data collected through server logs is retained for a shorter period unless required for an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.
8.3 Where you request deletion of your personal data, i888 will action that request to the extent permitted by our legal and regulatory obligations. Data that must be retained to comply with AML or other regulatory requirements cannot be deleted prior to the end of the mandatory retention period, regardless of account closure.
