2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and may result in the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
2.4 You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
2.5 Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your i888 account or any credits held therein to any other person.
3.1 i888 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances as determined by i888 in its sole discretion. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
3.2 For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA. i888 may additionally request proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot confirming ownership of a JazzCash or Easypaisa account registered in your name) and proof of address.
3.3 Failure to provide KYC documents within the timeframe specified in any request from i888 may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete. i888 reserves the right to extend any such suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, to permanently close the account.
3.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the i888 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection principles.
4.1 All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). i888 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and partner banking institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, as well as USDT (TRC-20). Accepted payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via mobile wallet and Rs 500 via bank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are published within the Platform and are subject to change.
4.3 Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding real-money gameplay on the Platform. Depositing funds without the intention to engage in genuine gaming activity, or using the deposit and withdrawal system as a money transfer mechanism, is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days. i888 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.5 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. i888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.1 i888 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and any maximum withdrawal cap applicable to a bonus will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 i888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses credited in error must be returned to i888 upon request.
5.4 Abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, coordinated play with other users to reduce risk, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner not consistent with genuine gaming, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
6.1 All casino games available on the Platform are provided by third-party licensed game studios. Each game operates under its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before wagering.
6.2 Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the applicable governing body. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion, settlement rules specific to that market will apply.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting session, i888 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any winnings generated during a confirmed technical fault are void and will not be paid. i888 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from technical interruptions.
6.4 i888 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, fraud, or system error.

8.1 i888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion facility, all accessible from the account settings panel without requiring a support request.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and will remain in place for the period selected by the user. During a self-exclusion period, i888 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded account from accessing the Platform. It remains the responsibility of the user to refrain from attempting to circumvent exclusion measures.

10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. i888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the suitability of its content for any particular purpose.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, or technical failures.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits i888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 The collection, use, and storage of personal data submitted to i888 is governed by the i888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 i888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, i888 will provide notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i888 is incorporated and licensed. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
13.2 Pakistani users acknowledge that i888 operates under applicable international gaming regulations and that local laws governing online gambling in Pakistan may differ. Users are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
